These Terms of Service govern your use of masalacraft.com.au and any purchase you make from MasalaCraft ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name of ORAA Retail Pty Ltd, an online distributor of branded Indian masalas and spice blends operating in New South Wales, Australia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

We distribute genuine, branded masala and spice products sourced from their respective manufacturers. Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where applicable.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Your consumer guarantees
